Executive Officer (Marcom) - Guan Yongtao Project, School of Data Science (Ref.PR2025/210/01)
Position Overview
The School of Data Science is a globally focused research community committed to training future technology leaders. With the rapid growth of the School, we are seeking a creative and proactive talent to join the Marketing and PR team in sharing the school's story and strengthening its brand voice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for content planning, writing, layout, and daily maintenance of the school’s WeChat public account, Xiaohongshu, WeChannels, school website, and other platforms, to continuously enhance readership and increase fan engagement;
2. Responsible for the school brochures, folders, newsletters, and other materials to ensure visual and brand consistency in tone;
3. Participate in planning, promoting, and executing the school's branding activities, such as orientation, graduation, admission, and academic conferences; complete the post-event collection of graphics and videos, and handle secondary dissemination;
4. Work closely with other teams to quickly address publicity needs and provide creative solutions;
5. Other related administrative and publicity work assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. At least five years’ experience with new media, able to independently plan topics and produce content;
2. Strong writing skills, sensitive to text, meticulous, and rigorous;
3. Skilled in using new media editing tools, such as Xiumi; Proficiency in or familiarity with Photoshop, Premiere, Cutting, and other photo and video editing software is preferred;
4. Good English skills, capable of meeting daily communication and work needs;
5. Highly responsible and proactive, with good communication and teamwork skills;
6. Able to handle work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
