香港中文大學（深圳）人文社科學院講師Gregory Jones-Katz博士的新作將由芝加哥大學出版社出版發行。芝加哥大學出版社（The University of Chicago Press）創立于1890年，是美國最早建立、規模最大的大學出版社，出版了大量學術著作和期刊，包括著名的《美國社會學期刊》（American Journal of Sociology）和《政治經濟學期刊》（Journal of Political Economics），旨在傳播一流學術知識，提高教育與公眾知識水平，豐富公眾文化生活，影響深遠，對芝加哥經濟、社會學派的建立與傳播均作出極大貢獻。

作者簡介? ?About the Author
Gregory Jones-Katz博士，美國伊利諾伊州惠頓學院（Wheaton College）歷史學學士；緬因大學（The University of Maine）歷史學碩士，主修當代歐洲思想史；威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校（The University of Wisconsin-Madison）歷史學博士，主修當代美國史。研究領域及教學方向涵蓋哲學史、文學史、文學批評與文學理論史、高等教育史、歐美思想文化運動潮流、歷史哲學、科學編史學以及歷史寫作的理論與實踐，對雅克·德里達及其解構主義研究頗深。目前任我校講師，講授“西方歷史之傳統與變革”“從音樂看20世紀美國文化史”及“思想中的冒險：1865年以來美國的思想生活”三門課程。
