學(xué)校介紹
香港中文大學(xué)（深圳）是一所經(jīng)國家教育部批準(zhǔn)，按中外合作辦學(xué)條例設(shè)立，傳承香港中文大學(xué)的辦學(xué)理念和學(xué)術(shù)體系的大學(xué)。以創(chuàng)建一所立足中國、面向世界的一流研究型大學(xué)為己任，致力于培養(yǎng)具有國際視野、中華傳統(tǒng)和社會擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)膭?chuàng)新型高層次人才。
經(jīng)過八年多的發(fā)展，大學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)已逐步完善，現(xiàn)有經(jīng)管學(xué)院、理工學(xué)院、人文社科學(xué)院、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)學(xué)院、醫(yī)學(xué)院、音樂學(xué)院六個學(xué)院以及一個研究生院。截至目前，大學(xué)已開設(shè)26個本科專業(yè)，35個研究生（碩士、博士）項(xiàng)目。目前，來自世界各地的近萬名優(yōu)秀學(xué)子正在港中大（深圳）求學(xué)。
大學(xué)面向全球招聘，已建立一支具國際水準(zhǔn)的師資隊(duì)伍，截至2023年初，大學(xué)已引進(jìn)世界知名教師520多位，其中包括諾貝爾獎得主5位，圖靈獎得主2位，菲爾茲獎獲得者1位，國內(nèi)外院士近30位，國家級專家人才60余位。目前引進(jìn)的教師100%具有在國際一流高校執(zhí)教或研究工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，75%以上的教授年齡在40周歲以下，是一批具有國際視野、富有創(chuàng)新精神和教書育人熱忱的優(yōu)秀教師。
香港中文大學(xué)（深圳）建校以來，以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動為指引，以粵港澳大灣區(qū)需求為導(dǎo)向，積極打造國際化科技創(chuàng)新平臺，組建國家級工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室、廣東省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等各級科研創(chuàng)新平臺66個；承擔(dān)一批重大重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，獲省市認(rèn)定創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)11個，累計獲批科研經(jīng)費(fèi)超20億元；產(chǎn)出了一批包括Nature、Science論文在內(nèi)的高水平科研成果。我校以服務(wù)國家重大戰(zhàn)略、服務(wù)大灣區(qū)建設(shè)、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會民生為導(dǎo)向，重點(diǎn)布局人工智能與機(jī)器人、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)與大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)、通信工程、數(shù)學(xué)、生命科學(xué)、藥學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、先進(jìn)材料、物理、化學(xué)、新能源、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、全球研究、心理學(xué)、翻譯學(xué)、音樂表演等方向。計算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、材料科學(xué)與工程、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、生物學(xué)等四個學(xué)科已納入廣東省高水平大學(xué)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)學(xué)科。
大學(xué)注重國際交流和學(xué)生國際視野的培養(yǎng)，截至目前，港中大（深圳）開展實(shí)質(zhì)性交流與合作的境外名校伙伴已達(dá)131所，遍布世界29個國家和地區(qū)，各類國際合作項(xiàng)目達(dá)231個。
2023年度海外優(yōu)秀人才項(xiàng)目申報工作已經(jīng)啟動，學(xué)校將為符合要求的候選人提供人才項(xiàng)目申報的全程服務(wù)，誠邀海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀學(xué)者加盟我校。

人才待遇
1. 職位薪酬：
國際一流大學(xué)教職體系，豐厚的年薪（與香港中文大學(xué)相當(dāng)）；
2. 人才補(bǔ)貼：
領(lǐng)軍人才：各級政府、學(xué)校人才補(bǔ)貼610-950萬元；
優(yōu)秀青年人才：各級政府、學(xué)校人才補(bǔ)貼269-441萬元。
3. 科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：
領(lǐng)軍人才：國家級科研經(jīng)費(fèi)資助300萬元，學(xué)校科研啟動經(jīng)費(fèi)200-650萬元；
優(yōu)秀青年人才：國家級科研經(jīng)費(fèi)資助100-300萬元，學(xué)校科研啟動經(jīng)費(fèi)150-600萬元。
4. 配套支持：
（1）科研支持：一流的辦公條件、實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境和設(shè)備支持，根據(jù)科研工作需求配備科研團(tuán)隊(duì)和行政秘書等，提供充裕的博士生和博士后指標(biāo)；
（2）安居支持：提供校內(nèi)教師公寓和政府安居房；
（3）生活配套：子女入學(xué)（附屬幼兒園、小學(xué)、初中），協(xié)助解決配偶就業(yè)，除“五險一金”外，提供補(bǔ)充商業(yè)保險。

申報條件
申報人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或在2022年1月1日后回國（來華）工作；引進(jìn)后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，并全職回國工作不少于3年。
1、領(lǐng)軍人才：
（1）取得博士學(xué)位；
（2）在海外著名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任相當(dāng)于副教授及以上職務(wù)，或在國際知名企業(yè)擔(dān)任高級職務(wù)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才；
（3）在本學(xué)科取得突出成績。
2、優(yōu)秀青年人才：
（1）出生日期在1983年1月1日（含）以后；
（2）研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；
（3）取得博士學(xué)位，在2023年3月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求。

申報流程
1.領(lǐng)軍人才：
項(xiàng)目申報截止時間預(yù)計為3月中旬，具體申報要求待官方通知。
2.優(yōu)秀青年人才：
（1）符合條件的優(yōu)秀青年項(xiàng)目申請人，可按照項(xiàng)目指南要求，與依托單位簽訂工作合同或者意向性協(xié)議，于2023年1月15日以后登錄信息系統(tǒng)，在線填寫《國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）申請書》。申請人對所提交申請材料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。
（2）依托單位在規(guī)定的項(xiàng)目申請截止日期（2023年3月15日）前提交本單位電子申請書及附件材料。

01 About the University
The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. It strives to explore a new path of higher education featured by strong connections to both China and the world. The University is committed to providing top-quality higher education that features an integration of the East and the West and fostering an enriching research environment. It is CUHK-Shenzhen’s mission to cultivate innovative talents with a global perspective, traditional Chinese values and a strong sense of social responsibility.
Currently, more than 9,000 students are studying at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. Over the past eight years, the University has established seven schools, namely the School of Management and Economics, the School of Science and Engineering, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, the School of Data Science, the School of Medicine, the School of Music, and the Graduate School, offering 26 undergraduate programmes and 35 postgraduate programmes.
The University has attracted many of the world’s leading scholars and scientists through global recruitment. By January 2023, over 520 distinguished professors have joined our faculty team, each of whom comes with rich overseas teaching and research experience, including 5 Nobel laureates, 2 Turing Award laureates, and 1 Fields Medal winner. In addition to their knowledge and expertise, these scholars bring to CUHK-Shenzhen their vision, creativity, passion and dedication for high-quality education.
To promote innovation and contribute to the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the University has actively built an international platform focusing on research and applications in science and technology, including 66 national engineering laboratories and Guangdong Provincial Key laboratories. This platform has undertaken a number of major and key projects, comprising 11 innovation teams, supported by research funds of more than 2 billion yuan. The University focuses on areas covering artificial intelligence and robotics, data science and big data technology, communication engineering, mathematics, life science, pharmacy, clinical medicine, advanced materials, physics, chemistry, new energy, economics, management, global studies, applied psychology, translation studies, music performance, etc.
CUHK-Shenzhen encourages students to enhance their global awareness and broaden their international experience. As of January 2023, the University has established partnerships with 131 renowned universities from 29 countries across the globe, offering 231 international programmes. Over 60% of our students have participated in study abroad programmes.

02 Benefits
1. Salary:
? ? Competitive salary (equivalent to that of The Chinese University of Hong Kong).
2. Subsidy:
? ? Leading Talent: 6.1 to 9.5 million yuan talent subsidy from the government and the University;
? ? Young Talent: 2.69 to 4.41 million yuan talent subsidy from the government and the University.
3. Funding:?
? ? Leading Talent: 3 million yuan from national research funds, and 2 to 6.5 million yuan from the University research start-up funds;
? ? Young Talent: 1 to 3 million yuan from national research funds, and 1.5 to 6 million yuan from the University research start-up funds.
4. Other Supports:
? ? (1) Research: provision of ample office space, facilities for experimental research, research team and administrative secretary support;

03 Position Specifications
Eligible applicants are those who have not yet come back to China to work full-time, or those who have come back to China to work since Jan. 1st, 2022. Successful applicants are required to work full-time for 3 years at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
